Using Microsoft Outlook, you can customize your signature. At PGIP, we have a signature that you will need to use on all of your emails. To set up your AWS Email Signature, you must first receive your introduction email with credentials.
After you have received your email with your PGIP-Tech email and password, log in to the account.
Setting up the Email Signature
1. Go to SharePoint and click on the PGIP-Tech Portal link on the left
2. At the top of the page, click Orientation
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Go to Step Two
4. Scroll down until you find the PGIP-Tech Email section
5. Click on the Email Signature Policy Link. The email signature will pop up with format requirements. (keep this open)
6. Next, Log into your AWS Email Account
7. In the upper left hand corner, click Settings (flower shaped picture)
8. On the right hand side, click Email
9. On the left hand side, scroll down to Signatures
10. Under Signatures, click the plus sign that reads Add new signature
11. Copy the format that is in the PGIP Portal document you opened earlier
12. Adjust other information with you name, job title in the internship, phone and email and also include the Purdue Global website and Motto/Slogan
12. After entering information, click the small check box next to Signatures for new messages and/or signature for replies and forwards
13. At the top of the page, click Save changes
