How to Submit a New Support Ticket

- Go to the Orientation page in SharePoint or click on this link.
- In the navigation menu at the top of the page, click "Freshdesk Ticket Support".
- Click on "New Support Ticket" under the search box.
- Fill out the form with the Subject, Type, Priority, and Description.
- Be as thorough as possible in your description including screenshots.
- Submit the form.
